SBEH is an energy company that develops and executes green energy projects in the Western Balkans.
With our end-to-end consulting expertise we oversee every stage of a project lifespan, starting from initial development on undeveloped land, to securing financing, managing construction, and overseeing operations.
We have extensive project management experience in building permitting and construction. Our team of experienced project developers, finance experts, technical engineers and seasoned legal professionals is highly competent in biogas, wind, high-efficiency cogen and solar energy.

HOW WE WORK
Consulting retainer with profit sharing on sales during the RtB phase (Ready to Build).
An SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement) model has been signed without transferring ownership of shares. The trigger is on secured land, with zoning prepared, and the project ready to apply for grid connection.

Founded with a vision to revolutionize Serbia’s energy sector, SBEH emerged with a commitment to professionalism and innovative energy solutions. Prior to its inception, our founders garnered extensive expertise in wind project development across Belgium, France, and Spain, collaborating as partners with international investors since 2009.
This period coincided with nascent discussions in Serbia regarding the integration of green energy sources into the national energy framework.
In 2015, SBEH was established, marking the beginning of a new chapter focused on advancing engineering capabilities and exploring fresh opportunities within the sector.
By 2021, amidst the challenges of the Covid era, SBEH reaffirmed its commitment to impactful growth by re-engaging in large-scale utility projects, mirroring its pioneering initiatives from its inception.
Our ambition remains steadfast: to foster Serbia’s energy independence through a diversified portfolio of energy projects, ensuring self-reliance and sustainable development for generations to come.
